Hawaiian Asset Management and Investments Corporation (HAMICO) was
incorporated in the State of Hawaii in July, 1985, to provide total real
estate management and commercial leasing services for investors and
property owners. Besides the routine accounting functions necessary to
maintain the fiscal aspects of properties, HAMICO provides long-term
planning to optimize the financial growth of assets and supervises the
construction and development of improvements

Over 30 years experience in real estate, escrow and
accounting with extensive common area maintenance reconciliation work and
owner financial reporting. Sandy has been with HAMICO since its inception
in 1985.

Principal Broker, Property Manager, Leasing Agent:
Received a Master's Degree in Marketing
from the University of Marketing
and Distribution Sciences in Kobe, Japan,
and a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese from
the University of Hawaii. Austin has over
4 years of commercial property management
experience of such properties as Kapiolani
Business Plaza, Honolulu Club Building, Manoa
Marketplace, Pearl Kai and Westridge
Shopping Centers.

a Bachelors Degree in Economics. With over 13 years of experience in property
management Ward has an extensive background in tenant improvements,
property renovations and financial reporting.
